Steve Craft - Senior Pastor
Pastor Steve is the founding pastor of Heritage Baptist Church. Pastor Steve completed his undergraduate seminary work at Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri and finished his Master's degree in Church Administration at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

After graduating from seminary, Pastor Steve served as the Associate Pastor of two different churches in the Cincinnati area for 14 years before becoming the Pastor at Heritage.

Pastor Steve and his wife, Brenda, have three children - Kristen, Daniel, and Joshua.

Tim McKenzie - Assistant Pastor Tim McKenzie - Assistant Pastor
Pastor Tim came to the Heritage Baptist Church after graduating from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri in 1998. He has a Master's Degree in Leadership from Liberty University.

Tim is currently serving as the Married Life Pastor and Pastor's Assistant. Before assuming his current role, Tim was the Student Pastor from 1998 to 2004.

Tim and his wife, Missy, have three children - Payton, Gracie, and Olivia.

Rich Harrison - Administrative Pastor

Pastor Rich joined the staff at Heritage in July 2005 with his primary responsibilities being Adult Discipleship and Children's Ministries. Pastor Rich has worked in church ministry for 20+ years serving in various roles - youth, children's ministries, adult education, counseling, discipleship, and administration.

Pastor Rich earned a Bachelor's Degree in Theology from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri in 1987 and is currently pursuing his Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Rich and his wife, Cindy, serve alongside their two sons, Ryan and Nathan.

Marc Corona- Student Pastor

Being the newest addition to Heritage's staff, Marc Corona joined us in June of 2008.

Pastor Marc graduated from Boston Baptist College in May of 2006 with a degree in Biblical Studies and came to HBC with two years of part-time youth ministry experience. His heart for youth is clear and evident.

Marc and his wife, Sara, are a welcome addition to the team.

Roger O'Neel - Worship Pastor

Pastor Roger's primary responsibility is overseeing our worship ministry. Roger is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, Southern Methodist University, and the University of Texas at Austin.

Prior to coming to Heritage, Roger served for 15 years in music ministry in various churches throughout Texas, California, Oklahoma, and Ohio. Currently, he works at Cedarville University as Assistant Professor of Church Music and Director of Music Theory.

Roger and his wife, Nancy, have six children: Natalie, Collin, Caleb, Nathan, Ethan, and Allison.
